SP Fort College of Nursing had its inception in 2011-2012 with an annual intake of 40 students. The College is a division of SP Fort Hospital, Fort Thiruvananthapuram. SP Fort Hospital is a 250 bedded multidisciplinary first ISO certified in South Kerala which is located in the heart of Thiruvananthapuram city.
The college is situated in the outskirt of the capital City of Kerala, without any interference of the City and very near to Holy temple Sree Padmanabha Swamy, the Guardian spirit and the God Almighty. It has got all kinds of accessibility by road, rails and even air. SP Fort College of Nursing approved by Government of Kerala recognized by Indian Nursing council, Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council and affiliated to Kerala University of health sciences Thrisur.
